Terms and Conditions
1. Refunds and Cancellation
​
1.1 Once purchased, memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
1.2 Once purchased, a block of 10 personal swim session are non-refundable and/or non-transferable.
1.3 Cancellations of any appointment made at the Tamar Performance Centre less than 24 hours before the appointment may require full payment due to cancellations leading to loss of time.

2 Health and Safety
​
2.1 The Tamar Performance Centre Member shall notify their instructor if they suffer from any health conditions or injuries.
2.2 The Tamar Performance Centre shall not be liable for any loss or injury attributable to:?(i)the fault of a gym user;?(ii) a third party unconnected with the provision of services provided by Tamar Performance Centre (iii) events which neither Tamar Performance Centre nor their suppliers or agents could have foreseen or forestalled even if they had taken all reasonable care.
2.3 A Member of the Tamar Performance Centre will provide all gym users / pool users with an induction tour of the facilities and make sure any user has signed a liability form to ensure they accept responsibility within the building.

3. Money Back Guarantee

3.1 If a Tamar Performance Centre customer qualifies for the money back guarantee and is not satisfied with the results achieved they shall be entitled to a full refund of the membership fees paid by them.
3.2 This guarantee is only applicable on certain programmes and at certain venues.

4. Intellectual Property
​
4.1 Any marketing, educational or other materials produced by Tamar Performance Centre and made available to Tamar Performance Centre Members will at all times remain the property of Tamar Performance Centre and will be subject to copyright. The Tamar Performance Centre Member undertakes not to copy publish or reproduce any such materials.
